Friends: They know all about you and your past, yet they still love you for who you are.

Think about it? What would YOU do if you didn't have your friends? or even your best friends. I mean honestly, your friends are a HUGE part of your life. They are there when you need to talk, have a problem, just need a laugh and make you smile. I've come to realize that without my friends, I really don't know what I'd do. I mean, some of my amazing friends are like family, of course we sometimes argue and get on each others nerves, hurt each others feelings (not meaning to) and keep things from them not knowing what they'd say, but True Friends are there no matter who, what, when, where and why. Just to name a few of those "best friends", Heather, that girl is like my EVERYTHING. I can tell her anything and she listens, I laugh with her 24/7, she's like my sister, we have code names for certain people(haha), she's my other half and I couldn't live without her. Jake, my AMAZING boyfriend, wow, I honestly don't know how I lived without him. He makes me smile, he has a great and funny personality, treats me right, he completes me, he's my world, whenever something goes wrong or I'm in a bad mood, he can make me smile no matter what and I couldn't ever imagine living without him. Lizz, she's been there through ALOT, many trips, stories and everything! I mean, we've both gone our separate ways lately but when we see each other it's like nothing has changed. My little sister, Syd, haha we have our moments but she will always be my sister. No matter what happens I know she will always be there just like I'll always be there for her. I love her even though sometimes we do get on each others last nerves! She's great and I can't live without her. Maribeth, oh golly, haha I LOVE her. She's ALWAYS there for me, she's my older sister! She's gorgeous, she's amazing, I can tell her anything and everything! See, friendship isn't always easily described. The Eskimos, they say, have a hundred different words for snow. Unfortunately, the English language isn't quite as innovative, though it has vast opportunities to differentiate meaning. Certainly, Love is one of those opportunities. And so, too, is Friendship. Instead of different words, however, we're stuck with simple adjectives. Close friend. Best friend. Childhood friend. Intimate friend. Trusted friend. Beloved friend. But whether you use adjectives or different words, few could deny the nearly infinite meaning in such a simple word. Friends are special people. We can't pick our family, and we're sorely limited in the number of them at any rate. Society and mores (and often our own conscience) dictate we select a single mate. But our friends can be as diverse and infinite as the adjectives we choose. Our friends, in a very real sense, reflect the choices we make in life. So in the end, thank God for your Best Friends because A true friend thinks of you when all others are thinking of themselves. :)
